SENATE BILL NO. 334 An Act relating to guidelines and                          
standards for state training programs; and relating to the Alaska              
Human Resource Investment Council was read the second time.                    
                                                                               
Senator Sharp, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the              
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3090.             
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 334(FIN) An Act                      
relating to guidelines and standards for state training programs;              
relating to the Alaska Human Resource Investment Council;                      
extending the termination date of the state training and employment            
program; and providing for an effective date was adopted and read              
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
